Country Club Secrets hosts anonymous discussion about private clubs. Everything posted here is an individual’s personal account. It is not verified, it is not reporting, and it is not our statement.

Verified facts about clubs — fees, course details, amenities, each with a source and a date — live on Country Club Ratings. Nothing posted here becomes a fact there without independent sourcing and editorial review.

When you post

You confirm that:

  • what you write is your own account, honestly given;
  • you are not including another person’s private identifying information — name plus identifying details, address, phone number, email, workplace or photograph;
  • you are not stating an accusation of criminal conduct as fact unless you witnessed it;
  • you are not threatening anyone;
  • you are not posting sexual content involving anyone under 18;
  • you are not pretending to speak for a club;
  • you grant us permission to display what you wrote here.

Moderation

We screen every post before it appears. Most publish immediately; some are held for a person to read. We may remove, redact, lock or decline content that breaks these terms, and we may rate-limit or block a session that repeatedly does.

Every action is logged, and every decision can be appealed.

If a post is about you

Use the removal request form. You do not need an account and you do not need a lawyer. Posts containing private identifying information come down. Posts making a serious accusation as fact are reviewed. Posts that are simply unflattering criticism of a club generally stay.

Anonymity

Your name is never shown. We do not promise that posting here is technically untraceable, because that would not be true of any website. We explain exactly what is and is not stored.

Acceptable use

  • No spam, promotional links or SEO link-dropping.
  • No automated posting.
  • No scraping or bulk-copying of content.
  • No attempts to deanonymise other posters.
